We meet online or in person for 3 nutritional Coaching Sessions
1st coaching
We start with a 3-day cleanse. This gentle cleanse prepares your body for the change in diet. I provide you with meal plans & recipes for the elimination phase. I give you detail instructions which food to avoid and which food you are allowed to eat. In addition you will receive a diary to record all changes physically, mentally and emotionally. In addition, I make general recommendations that help your body to eliminate toxins faster and to relax him during this phase.
2nd coaching
In the second meeting I will provide you with meal plans & recipes for the provocation phase. We will reflect on your experience of the past few weeks.

3rd coaching
In our last coaching we will analyze your food diary. We will have a clear picture what food is good for you and what harms you. We will talk about alternatives for the food you might not want to reintroduce.
