We meet online or in person for 3 nutritional Coaching Sessions
1st coaching
We start with a 3-day cleanse. This gentle cleanse prepares your body for the change in diet. I provide you with meal plans & recipes, healthy snack alternatives and with lists telling you exactly what you are allowed or not allowed to eat in the next 1.5 months. In addition, I will coach you on how to strengthen your immune system with the help of other health pillars.
2nd coaching
In the second meeting we will go deeper: we will clean your gut from the inside with the help of a gut cleanse supplement and with enemas if wanted. After the gut cleanse I recommend probiotics to balance your gut bacteria to help stopping the inflammation and to strengthen your immune system. According to your personal situation I will recommend supplements.
3rd coaching
In our last coaching we will reflect on your experience. What has changed …

We will start to re-introduce food you have been skipping before and I will let you know how to prepare this food in the healthiest and most safe way.
