Japanese Oolong Tea
Clearspring Organic Oolong Tea is grown in the luscious rolling hills around Kyoto and Kyushu, areas known for their ideal climatic and soil conditions which produce some of the finest tea in Japan. Also referred to as Blue Tea, it falls halfway between a black and a green tea. The production process involves partially fermenting the tea and then steaming it to capture the unique balance of rich and soothing flavours, with no bitter aftertaste. Oolong tea is particularly popular in the East for drinking after mealtimes.
Directions
Boil fresh water and pour over the teabag. For the best flavour infuse for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
