Directions

Steep 0.6-2 grams of dried senna pods in hot water for a maximum of 10 minutes. Strain in a cup and add your favourite sweetener as per taste.

Do not have more than once in one day, and do not use for more than one week at a time.

Opt for consulting your GP before using this product, or if problems persist past one week.
