Bladderwrack: Rich in iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, sulfur, silicon, iron and high in some B-complex vitamins. Contains moderate amounts of phosphorus, selenium, manganese, zinc and small amounts of vitamins A, C, E and G. It also contains anti-sterility vitamin S as well as vitamin K. It is rich in algin, mannitol, carotene and zeaxantin with traces of bromine.

Irish Moss: Raw, vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. It is rich in sulphur compounds, protein, calcium, iodine, bromine, iron, selenium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, pectin, other piece salts, vitamins A, C, D, E, K, vitamins B1 and B2.
