The freeze-drying process is ideal for preserving the flavour of fresh herbs. These are as close as you can get to snipping chives fresh from the garden in terms of flavour and aroma compared with normal air-dried herbs.

Directions for Use

These finely chopped freeze dried chives instantly rehydrate during cooking. As long as there is a small amount of moisture in your recipe then these herbs should absorb enough moisture to soften and release their full flavour.

Try stirring a few teaspoons through cooked pasta/noodles for extra flavour. Easy to mix into and/or garnish soft cheeses and dips.
