Our organic madras curry powder is a fantastic way to get a fiery kick of flavour in almost any dish and it is incredibly versatile. You can add it into soups, stews, sauces and marinades for extra spice, or use it as a rub for meat/meat alternatives before cooking and roasting. Alternatively you can also use this to make Bombay potatoes at home.
This organic madras curry powder can also be sprinkled onto salads, popcorn, potato salad, vegetables, rice and plenty more. Simply add this to your dish according to your taste preferences. The amount of curry powder you use will depend on the dish you are making and your desired level of spiciness, however the overall taste palette of our organic madras curry powder is a medium spice.
Directions
- Add Madras curry powder to your dish according to your desired level of heat.
- For a mild curry, use 1 teaspoon of Madras curry powder per cup of liquid.
- For a medium-spicy curry, use 2 teaspoons of Madras curry powder per cup of liquid.
- For a hot curry, use 3 teaspoons of Madras curry powder per cup of liquid.
